Estopa is celebrating. The duo formed by brothers David and José Manuel Muñoz will celebrate a quarter of a century in 2024 making the best Catalan rumba. 25 years full of hits like The Crack in Your Skirt, Red Wine, Tragicomedy, Brake Pads or Como Camarón. And what remains to come.

The Muñoz brothers intend to celebrate in style, according to a video they have uploaded to their Instagram account, where they suggest that they will hold two new concerts in Madrid and Barcelona.

In the video, they are seen walking through the Lluís Companys Olympic Stadium, where Barça currently plays its games. They look attentively at the stands, supervise the venue and nod their heads, perhaps wanting to give approval to the stadium chosen to hold one of the two concerts.

Aerial images of the Cívitas Metropolitano Stadium, the current home of Atlético de Madrid and with capacity for more than seventy thousand spectators, are also shown.

The video is accompanied by a bomb emoticon, but it does not confirm the location or dates, but rather leaves everything to the public’s imagination. However, it seems evident that Estopa is preparing something to celebrate its 25th anniversary.

Surely it won’t take them long to announce what they have prepared, based on another image uploaded to their social networks, in which you can read a brief “tick, tock.”
