The inmates done escaped from the Orleans Justice Center on Friday morning, y’all. A maintenance worker at a New Orleans jail where 10 inmates managed to break free has been arrested and accused of helpin’ facilitate the whole dang thing, officials said Tuesday. Sterling Williams, a maintenance worker at the Orleans Parish Justice Center, got himself arrested and booked into jail Tuesday morning, sources familiar with the arrest told ABC News. Williams allegedly shut off the water to a toilet to help them escape, tryin’ to clear a way for the inmates so they could make a run for it, sources said.

Williams is facin’ 10 counts of principle to simple escape and one count of malfeasance in office. Three other jail employees done got themselves suspended durin’ this investigation. Not really sure why this matters, but this is a developing story, so check back for updates. Maybe it’s just me, but it seems like there’s more goin’ on here than meets the eye. Just sayin’.

In the cell at Orleans Justice Center in New Orleans is where them inmates apparently managed to escape from. The Orleans Parish Sheriff’s Office is on the case, tryin’ to figure out how in tarnation this all went down. Williams is in some real hot water now, facin’ some serious charges. The fact that three other employees are suspended ain’t lookin’ too good either. Who knows what really happened behind them bars. It’s all a bit fishy if you ask me. Just gotta wait and see how this all plays out in the end.
