Since we started, now 21 years ago, and to this day, we have developed a unique way of doing business, our own DNA that characterizes us, and of which we are deeply proud, because it allows us to offer you quality food, with the maximum of flavor and nutrients.

Now, we want you to know first-hand what our secrets are for obtaining differential products such as tomatoes, gazpacho or tortillas. We want you to go home knowing what you are taking with you!

As peasants that we are, we take care of the land and we do it with respect for the environment through techniques and procedures with a minimum environmental impact. We started with 40 hectares of our own, until today we already have more than 1,600 hectares. along the entire Mediterranean axis, from Penedès, Terres de l’Ebre, Baix Llobregat, Maresme, Vallès, to Murcia, and Soria. It is precisely the different climatic zones that allow us to extend the growing seasons of vegetables, fruits and vegetables.

We harvest today in our fields so that tomorrow you will find the fresh product in the stores and we collect as many times as it takes so that that peach, orange or apple is at the optimum ripeness point and ready to eat. We work avoiding large productions per hectare, because we put the flavor of our products first.

In 2006 we started up the central workshop, a 4,000 m² kitchen where we prepare a wide range of fresh products such as tortillas, soups and creams and cooked dishes. Six years later, in 2012, we opened the dairy section where we make our yogurts, fresh cheese and cottage cheese.

In the workshop we cook as you would at home, without preservatives and without applying treatments, preserving its nutritional and organoleptic properties to the maximum.

To naturally enhance the flavor of the creams, we previously fry the vegetables before boiling them. This process is known as “the Maillard reaction”. In addition, our creams do not contain additives to extend the useful life of the product, since once cooked, we take them to the store the same day.

We make the tortillas just as you do at home, without additives and with a system that we have designed ourselves with paellas that circulate through a set of stoves at different temperatures that allow perfect cooking of the tortilla.
