Agents of the Urban Guard of Barcelona denounced this Saturday a taxi driver who was working without points on the license and drugged, among other infractions.

As reported by the Barcelona Urban Guard on his twitter account, this taxi driver was also denounced for not having the ITV, taximeter and metropolitan reviews in force, which is mandatory to be able to drive a taxi.

The events occurred when an Urban Police patrol stopped a taxi after observing that the Vehicle Technical Inspection (ITV) label had expired.

When the agents proceeded to check the rest of the documentation, they detected these other irregularities, including driving without points on the license.

In addition, the taxi driver tested positive for drugs.
