The device against forest fires in Andalusia, the Infoca Plan, has considered controlled early today the fire declared yesterday afternoon in the area of ​​La Fontanilla in the Malaga town of Yunquera.

According to the Infoca Plan itself on the Twitter social network, the fire broke out around 7:00 p.m. yesterday, was initially stabilized around midnight and controlled an hour later.

A Fire Reinforcement Brigade (Brica) with 4 groups of forest firefighters, an Environment agent and two heavy firefighting vehicles have participated in the extinction tasks, according to Infoca.

The tasks are being carried out with weather conditions of wind gusts of 50 km/h and low relative humidity.

The provisional data provided by Infoca is that the affected area is 5.4 hectares of trees.
