Robert Cama and Joan Carles Raventós have been sentenced as guilty of spying on the email of Jaume Roures and six other Mediapro executives between July 2009 and July 2011. This has been ruled by the head of Criminal Court number 20 of Barcelona, ??who has It is estimated that Cama accessed the corporate mailbox of Roures, then managing partner of Mediapro, copying thousands of emails and sending them to various accounts of Bonus Sport Marketing (a company then owned by Sandro Rosell). At that time, Robert Cama was the head of Mediapro’s IT department. Joan Carles Raventós, for his part, was director of the sports sections of FC Barcelona, ??chaired by Sandro Rosell.

The ruling establishes that Robert Cama and Joan Carles Raventós acted in common agreement. Raventós, despite having declared that he did not read these forwarded emails, had them organized by folders. For all this, the judge sentences Robert Cama and Joan Carles Raventós to twelve months and sixteen days in prison and to compensate Jaume Roures with 25,000 euros and between 3,000 and 6,000 to six other victims.
