The socialist mayor of Barcelona, ??Jaume Collboni, makes the most of his first months at the head of the municipal government despite being in a clear minority. The municipal barometer attributes a voting intention of 13.5% to the socialists. In second position would be Barcelona en Comú, the party led by former mayor Ada Colau, with a voting intention in the local elections of 11.5%.

Third place would go to a recovered Republican Left, with a voting intention of 8.2%, higher than that of Trias per Barcelona-Junts. The pro-independence party led by former mayor Xavier Trias, winner of the May 28 elections, would suffer a sharp drop, always according to the results of the survey, with a voting intention of just 7.5%. Although Mayor Collboni comes out with flying colors in this poll, it is Ernest Maragall, who will leave City Hall next Friday, who is the most valued municipal political leader, with a score of 5.3 out of 10, one tenth more than Xavier Trias. Insecurity is entrenched as the city’s number one problem according to its inhabitants. It is mentioned as the most serious problem by 27.7% of those surveyed. This is followed by difficulties in accessing housing (11.7%) and in third place is dirt (9.7%), although in this installment of the barometer the effects of the Pla Endreça launched last summer by the Collboni government, since in the previous survey, presented in July, this problem was cited by 15.8% of those interviewed.

With regard to the current issues included in the survey questionnaire, an immense majority, 91.7% of those interviewed, believe that the parties represented in Barcelona City Council have the obligation to reach broad consensus on those issues. that most affect citizens.

They also widely agree that collaboration between the City Council and other institutions and sectors of civil society must be increased. 71.5% of those interviewed strongly or somewhat agree with this statement.

One in three interviewees is aware of Pla Endreça (a greater presence of cleaning brigades and the Urban Guard in public spaces).
