The Monegasque royalty is once again in the eye of the hurricane. For years, the focus was on the relationship between Alberto and Charlène of Monaco, but now, according to the French media Voici, it is Carlota Casiraghi and Dimitri Rassam who have named the heartbreak in the Principality.

According to this French media, the daughter of Princess Carolina of Monaco has been the one who would have decided to end their marriage after seven years together and a child together – she has another son born from her relationship with the comedian Gad Elmaleh -.

The source of the French media points out that the workload of Dimitri, who has made a name for himself as one of the most prominent producers in France, has been a key factor in this separation. “They had no family life and it was hard for her,” the source explained to Voici. Soon, this medium will give more information about the breakup.

Rumors of wear and tear between the couple are not new. Indeed, Voici had already hinted in the past at the possibility of a divorce, although at the time it seemed more like speculation than an imminent reality.

In fact, the couple, who married in June 2019, seemed to be living a very consolidated love story, demonstrating their complicity and mutual support in numerous public appearances. Rassam himself, quite discreet about his personal life, had expressed that he was a very lucky man to have “a wonderful wife and equally extraordinary children,” in one of his recent appearances on the Quelle Epoque program.

Although apparently everything was going well, the situation could have changed radically after an argument at the end of December, two days after Christmas, which left Carlota alone in Monaco with her children. According to sources close to the couple, this was the last straw, which led Carlota to announce the end of her relationship with a conviction that she had not shown until now.
