Violence continues a week after the death of two agents. A brawl at the Barbate Civil Guard headquarters, in Cádiz, this Friday night left three officers injured with minor injuries. As confirmed by sources from the Armed Institute, the events occurred around midnight, when two people showed up at the barracks to file a complaint of assault.

While the agents were explaining the reporting procedure, two groups approached the headquarters, between which the altercation occurred in which three agents were slightly injured.

The altercation, as detailed by sources from the Unified Association of Civil Guards, worsened when, while two people were filing the complaint inside the barracks, the alleged perpetrators appeared and a brawl began between both sides, in such a way that the complainants They took refuge inside the barracks.

Those who were outside began to push the door and kick it hard, with the intention of forcibly accessing the Civil Guard offices and attacking those who were taking refuge inside, who also responded violently.

Three officers tried to calm things down and prevent the door from being knocked open, causing them to suffer several injuries, which were not serious and did not cause them to be discharged from service. At that moment, more people arrived, relatives of those who were filing the complaint, and those accused left the scene before support patrols arrived.

These patrols had to act shortly after at the Barbate health center where the families who, according to the Unified Association of Civil Guards, belong to clans related to drug trafficking met again.

The association has regretted that the violence in Barbate has not stopped and three agents have been injured just a week after the death of two civil guards when they were run over by a drug boat in the Barbate port.
