As 2023 is about to end, the entire television grid is preparing for its traditional New Year’s Eve gala. On TVE, for the second consecutive year, Anne Igartiburu, a true institution of this ritual, will not be present in the broadcast. In its place, the public entity has opted for a very diverse trio: Ramón García, a veteran of the Campanadas, along with the singer Ana Mena and the soccer player Jenni Hermoso.

The presenters, precisely, have shared their impressions in the program Corazón de Igartiburu, in which they have assured that they are full of enthusiasm and responsibility in the face of this new challenge. Furthermore, the Basque presenter has not missed the opportunity to share an emotional message with the audience and her colleagues during the last program of the year.

Ana Mena, who will debut in this role, did not spare her praise for Igartiburu, highlighting the enormous impact and inspiration he has been for her. “I am very happy about this opportunity, I want you to know Anne that I have studied you a lot as the great professional that you are. We hope it turns out well and you enjoy it,” said the singer, showing respect and admiration for Igartiburu’s career.

The Basque presenter, for her part, responded with encouraging words and good wishes for Mena, as well as for Ramón García and Jenni Hermoso “Brava, fantastic, a huge hug, good luck tonight for you and the three of us,” expressed Igartiburu.

The relationship between Igartiburu and García, who shared the screen for many years in Puerta del Sol, was another of the emotional points of the program. The presenter sent a loving message to Igartiburu, remembering the years they shared and wishing her the best for 2024: “Dear Anne, you always told me when I wasn’t at Puerta del Sol that I was there, by your side, so this year it’s my turn “I will carry you in my heart and may you be by my side. I wish you a wonderful year 2024 for you and your wonderful family.”

Igartiburu, excited, also wanted to have affectionate words for her partner: “I also toast you dear Ramón, I love you very much. We have been together for many years, I even remember being pregnant. Thank you very much, may everything go great tonight.”

The program ended with Igartiburu addressing the Corazón audience, thanking them for their continued support and promising to continue doing her best in the coming year. “And what can I tell you, we have hours left to say goodbye to a year that has left us with great news in the social chronicle. We will continue to offer you the best of hearts in 2024. Happy New Year to everyone from this entire team,” the presenter concluded.
