Ancelotti: “Mbappé? Until June 1 we have other things to think about”

With many rotations and only Rüdiger repeating the eleven that came back from Bayern Munich in the Champions League, Madrid thrashed Granada in the League. To that great wardrobe, with Brahim, Arda Güler and Joselu, Carlo Ancelotti can add next season a world star like Kylian Mbappé. However, the Italian coach was not at all worried about that.

The coach assured that he is focused on the Champions League final and not even the announcement of Mbappé’s goodbye will deter him from his goal. “It is a matter that I do not take into account at this moment. We have many things to do today,” explained Ancelotti.

The coach explained that his priorities are to celebrate the League with Real Madrid this Sunday and then prepare for the final against Borussia Dortmund. “We can’t wait to celebrate with our fans. And then there are other games. Until June 1, we are very clear about what we should think about,” he concluded.

Although the French footballer did not name Real Madrid in his video announcement on Friday, the president of the French Republic, Emmanuel Macron, did. “I cannot comment on what the president of France says. “I don’t have that right,” he slipped the question to avoid answering the political leader.

Ancelotti referred to the three scorers of the match: Fran García, Arda Güler and Brahim Díaz, who scored two and now has 12 this season. “It’s hard to say who has surprised me the most,” he said of the young people. “Brahim has earned an important role in the squad. Also Fran García, who was new. “The two of them have helped the team a lot to be at the level,” he explained.

Another of the protagonists of the match in Los Cármenes was the Turk, author of the 0-2 score. “He is still very young and it is not known how far he can go. He is showing fantastic talent and scoring a lot of goals. He is a natural talent and he is doing very well,” he analyzed his progression.
