An organization dedicated to drug trafficking dismantled in Seville with five detainees

The National Police has dismantled an organization in Seville that used rental cars to traffic drugs, an operation in which five people have been arrested, three of whom have already been sent to prison.

The investigation began last December, when an operation was launched to identify and capture the members of the organization, who were dedicated to the sale and distribution of a large quantity of narcotic substances, specifically, cocaine, MDMA. and hashish.

This perfectly structured gang was in charge of distributing the merchandise both in van-type rental vehicles and in high-end vehicles that alternated frequently to avoid being detected.

The National Police seized more than half a kilo of MDMA, half a kilo of cocaine, more than three kilos of hashish, three vehicles, five mobile phones and more than 40,000 euros in cash.

Once placed at the disposal of the judicial authority, the immediate imprisonment of the leader of the organization, his trusted person and the usual driver was ordered.
