All Those Food Market celebrates its tenth anniversary this spring in a new space, the Moll de la Fusta in Barcelona. In this new edition, the food market will offer more than 60 gastronomic projects by artisans and entrepreneurs, with the aim of filling palates and offering the public a quality product.
At the festival you can find projects such as Rosons jams, Nokta Chocolate single origin chocolates, 100 artisanal gin
Some of the most innovative restaurants in Barcelona will bring their street food proposals to Moll de la Fusta, mixing traditional flavors with innovative touches offered by Dos Pebrots, Palo Verde or ASA. Those attending this top-level gastronomic event next to the sea will also find a rich and varied offering of exotic dishes from Lady Dumpling, Anormal or LaMun Cuina Thai. Other successful venues such as Casa Inés or Insolet will also offer their most innovative proposals.
The participating restaurants promote the plant-based movement, creating limited dishes with Nueces de California, with the walnut as a central element of the proposal. Vallformosa offers a section of the best craft beers and wines from local producers.
The sweetest part of the gastronomic festival will be the ice creams made with local ingredients from DelaCrem and the DelaTerra line. Jon Cake’s cheesecakes, Areca Bakery’s vegan donuts and Morreig’s pastries will sweeten diners’ palates.
In addition to the gastronomic offer, natural cosmetics will have a prominent place in the artisan market with projects such as Sab Solids or Reset Free Beauty.
Leisure will also be one of the important elements of the weekend. The Bitter KAS brand will distribute prizes to attendees with its roulette game. In addition, the little ones in the house will be able to enjoy recreational activities in the Mammaproof chill out space.
The wide variety of gastronomic workshops for all audiences brings proposals such as Swiss Cheeses to learn about their preparation through virtual reality, ending the tour with a cheese tasting.
Another activity it presents is making wild chocolates with DeBosc or delving into the secrets of botanical pasta with Lacci.
With more than 20,000 attendees in its latest editions, this edition is expected to be a success. On this occasion, the All Those Food Market site at Moll de la Fusta will be open on Saturday, April 20 from 11 a.m. to 10:30 p.m. and Sunday, April 21, from 11 a.m. to 8 p.m.
