Different agricultural organizations in Catalonia plan to call for cuts on the country’s main roads until February 5.

In this way, the sector would join other European mobilizations such as those in France, Germany, Romania or Poland. According to sources in the sector, the farmers intend to “stop the country” with cuts on highways, highways and access to the demarcation capitals so that people visualize “a problem not only European, but also governmental” in relation to fair prices, ” the odyssey” of products imported from third countries or “extensive” bureaucratic regulations, among others.

The sector wants to organize the protests in an assembly scheduled this Tuesday in Fondarella, in Pla d’Urgell (Lleida).

The sector has also lamented a “laziness” on the part of the State and the Government and considers it “excessive” to “not want to negotiate” the salaries of workers for the next campaign or a tax increase “that should be subsidized.” ‘.

For all these reasons, farmers legitimize the mobilizations for “strategic” and “negative” decisions by the administrations.
