A total of 19 people have been injured, one of them in a very serious condition, in an accident suffered by a float that was taking part in the Festa de l’Estany de Puigcerdà, in Girona.
As reported by the Emergency Service of Catalonia (SEM), the vast majority of the injured have been treated at the scene of the accident and only three have needed to be transferred to the Puigcerdà hospital.
Of them, two women had minor injuries and the third is hospitalized in a very serious condition.
The float, which apparently has become detached from the vehicle that was transporting it, was part of a parade that was being held in the area of ??the pond in the capital of Cerdanya.
