A 23-year-old young man who was traveling on a train on a Zaragoza-Pamplona route was handed over to the Guard Court of the Aragonese capital on Monday morning after being arrested on Sunday in Gallur as the alleged perpetrator of crimes of threats, assault sexual and public disorder.

The train, with 400 passengers, that was scheduled to arrive at 3:30 p.m. in Pamplona was interrupted around 2:15 p.m., when the Civil Guard received a notice through 112 requesting the presence of a patrol since a passenger “he was disturbing public order.”

After the train remained stopped for an hour, at 3:50 p.m. in the town of Gallur, Civil Guard agents boarded the Convoy where they were able to arrest the young man.

According to the El Heraldo newspaper, the young man of Moroccan nationality began to shout that he belonged to the Hamas group, shouts that alarmed the rest of the passengers. Furthermore, the man began to threaten the people who were on the train and ended up putting his genitals in the faces of two women.

This incident occurs in the midst of the situation in Israel and Palestine after the terrorist group Hamas attacked Israeli soil and the latter’s army began bombing the Palestinian population in the Gaza Strip.
