A 55-year-old man has been seriously injured this Thursday morning when his leg was trapped while working with a motorized tiller in a house in Boadilla del Monte, reports a spokesman for Emergencies Community of Madrid 112.
The work accident occurred shortly before 9 a.m. this Thursday in a chalet on Calle Playa del Saler in this Madrid town. Firefighters from the Community of Madrid have traveled to the place, freeing the leg of the injured person.
Later, Summa health workers stabilized him and transferred him by helicopter to the Puerta de Hierro Hospital in Majadahonda. The worker presents an open fracture of the tibia and fibula in the left leg and his prognosis is serious. Agents of the Municipal Police and Civil Guard investigate what happened.
