The National Police arrested a man last morning after the violent death of a woman of about 40 years of age on Boggiero Street in Zaragoza, in the Casco Historico district. It is not being investigated as a case of gender violence, it is not the main hypothesis, as reported by the Government Delegation in Aragon.
Sources from the Aragon Police Headquarters have indicated that at 1:30 a.m. this Saturday they received an alert call regarding a woman who was lying on the ground on Boggiero Street.
Citizen Security agents arrived at the scene, followed by the Scientific Police and the Judicial Police, as well as the judge on duty, who ordered the removal of the body at 3:00 a.m.
At the scene of the event there was a lot of blood, the same sources have indicated. The National Police have arrested a man and it is currently unknown if he knew the victim, which is being investigated.
