A councilor from Vilavella (Castellón) has been practicing for years as a doctor at the local Spa without having the qualifying qualification for it, as the establishment itself has denounced before the court.
According to what Mediterráneo has advanced, the young woman had been practicing as a sanitary without the corresponding title for about five and a half years and was recently discovered as a result of the suspicions that her collegiate number aroused in the municipality’s pharmacy. The pharmacist shared her mistrust with the spa owners and thus put them on alert. They have filed a complaint for the facts in the Court of Nules.
For its part, the Vilavella City Council has issued a statement in which it stresses that it is “a personal matter and unrelated to the position and functions exercised in the consistory by said councilor since she took office” after the past elections 28M, for which reason they refuse to make an assessment of a “problem that is in the personal sphere”.
In any case, they state that the delegations held by said councilor -she represented Independents per la Vilavella and was in charge of Equality and Cultural Development- have been assumed by the Government team, “managing with total normality for the neighbors”.
The Illustrious Official College of Castellón Physicians (COMCAS) has also ruled on the matter, which, upon learning of the complaint filed before the Nules Courts by the person in charge of the spa, has decided, “as the guarantor institution of the practice of medicine and to avoid professional intrusion, appear in the procedure as soon as you have sufficient data to do so, exercising the private prosecution”.
