A truck has collided this afternoon with a pillar of a metallic signaling infrastructure, which has given way on the A-2 highway near Vilagrassa (Lleida), with the driver trapped inside his vehicle.
The Generalitat Firefighters have reported this event and that they are working to rescue the driver from inside the truck.
At this time, the A-2 freeway is closed in both directions, in the direction of Lleida and Barcelona, ??due to this accident and vehicles are diverted to the sides of the freeway at exit 500, the Catalan Service has informed of Traffic (SCT).
