In a sentence issued on July 7 and collected by Europa Press, the Fourth Section of the Seville Court declares it proven that the defendant, identified as José G.V.; and the victim began a relationship “similar to the marital relationship in November 2021, living on weekends at his home”, although the woman ended said relationship due to “the insults” she received from the defendant, who “became he was jealous” of his partner’s friendships with other men and exercised “acts of control.

However, at the man’s “insistence of reconciliation”, according to the account of proven facts, she agreed to resume the relationship on the condition that he refrain from drinking alcohol.

Furthermore, according to the Court’s resolution, although the victim asked the accused to leave the house because “he was bleeding a lot,” he replied “that that was what he wanted, for him to bleed out,” even rubbing his own blood on her. face.

The conviction also details the woman’s subsequent attempts to leave the house, but on all occasions he “prevented her from leaving” and, later, with the warning that there was going to be “more blood”, a cut was made himself. on his left wrist, which began to bleed.

Given this, the woman reportedly asked the accused to go to the bathroom to wash the wound, which he did himself, at which point the victim took the opportunity to “run away from the house” and go out to the street, where she was helped by a passerby, but not before the accused first threatened that he was going to “kill” her, always according to the story of proven facts.
