One man has killed another at the Granollers shooting club, located in the municipality of Canovelles (Barcelona). The author has fired up to five shots in the back at the club’s gunsmith and then fled in the direction of Barcelona. The Mossos d’Esquadra have issued a search and capture order and have deployed a large device to catch him.
According to sources of the investigation, the murderer has been identified. He is a young soldier, a member of the shooting club, who at around 7:30 p.m. opened fire on the club employee with a weapon that he had hidden.
Apparently, before fleeing, he has provided himself with ammunition and a weapon. According to Catalunya RÃ dio, the suspect threatened a woman who was driving and forced her to drive to Barcelona. The Mossos have received notice of the shooting around 7:30 p.m. The victim was still alive but she died shortly after without the medical services being able to save her life. The Mossos have installed several controls in the surroundings to try to arrest the suspect.
