Around six in the morning, the Valencia Provincial Firefighters Consortium was alerted to a gas leak in a house on San Antonio de Caudete de las Fuentes Street, in the Requena-Utiel region. A 50-year-old man died in the event and his seven-year-old minor son was transported with gas poisoning to a hospital in the SAMU ambulance.
Upon the arrival of the firefighters from the Requena park, they proceeded to carry out the corresponding gas measurements. A SAMU unit and a Primary Care doctor had also moved to the place.
