Masquef announced that the aggressor is being searched by members of the Urban Police and Mossos d’Esquadra, with ARRO agents. “For three hours there has been an active search for this individual, and we hope that he can be arrested between tonight and tomorrow morning,” commented the mayor of Figueres, who stressed that the police presence will be maintained in the area until the man is not arrested. “Let the neighbors have the peace of mind that there will be police in the neighborhood until he is arrested, brought to justice and pays for what he has done,” Masquef concluded.
