The Civil Guard has arrested a man in Samos, in the province of Lugo, for killing a neighbor and seriously injuring his wife, La Benemérita has reported to Europa Press.
According to the information provided, this is a 49-year-old man, a neighbor of the victims and with whom he had previous disagreements.
The attack on the couple occurred with a knife and the 82-year-old man died, while the 73-year-old woman suffered serious injuries.
Specifically, from 061 they have specified that she had stab wounds to the neck and chest, and that she was transferred to the Lugo hospital. The 061 helicopter based in Ourense and also the doctor and the ambulance of the area traveled to the place.
The facts were recorded after eight in the morning. According to 112, an individual alerted that a person had been stabbed in the parish of San Mamede do Couto, in the place of Lamas, in Samos (Lugo).
