A 69-year-old man has been arrested as the alleged perpetrator of a crime of homicide for killing his 63-year-old younger brother, hitting him several times on the head with an iron bar during an argument in a garage on Pintor Godoy street, in the La Laguna neighborhood of Cádiz capital.
Investigation sources have detailed that the events occurred on Monday morning when both men had an argument for which the reason is currently unknown.
As a result, the deceased fired three shots at his brother with a firearm, of which it is not yet known whether it is real or simulated, without hitting him. After that, the detainee allegedly took an iron bar and attacked the victim, hitting him on the head with it.
He has died due to the injuries caused. The National Police maintains an open investigation to clarify the facts and the alleged murderer has been arrested.
