The events occurred during last year, when one of the victims told his parents what happened. They went to a hospital for a medical examination and activated the protocol. In that case, two more were added. Another girl, also under five years old, for alleged crimes against sexual freedom and a boy for different behaviors, but which are not related to sexual abuse.
The investigated person only answered the questions of his lawyer and the judge at the request of the prosecution. The three students are no longer at the aforementioned educational center.
