The company directed by Pablo Serna has been a sponsor of both Hércules and Elche in recent years. Born and centralized in Torrevieja, TM Real Estate Group is specialized in the construction and real estate development of second tourist residences, with more than 20,000 homes delivered mainly in the Mediterranean area.
In recent years, TM has carried out very significant investments in Alicante and Benidorm, such as the purchase of the old Sidi San Juan hotel to build luxury homes on the Alicante beachfront or the construction of the Sunset Cliffs project on the beachfront of Poniente beach in the tourist capital of Marina Baixa.
