A landslide on the track between Vacarisses and Castellbell and Vilar has caused the first axis of a Cercanías train on line R4 to leave, without causing any injuries.
According to reports from Renfe, the accident occurred at 7:45 a.m. On the train that made the itinerary between Manresa and Sant Vicenç de Calders there were 37 travelers who remained on it for just over an hour until they were rescued.
All established protocols have been activated in coordination with Civil Protection to proceed with its transfer onto another train, which will be located in parallel. Regarding the service, there is single track circulation in the affected section. Information is being provided through all communication and customer service channels.
