A 73-year-old woman was seriously injured yesterday when she was hit by a car on a bar terrace in the Alicante town of Torrevieja, as reported by the Emergency Information and Coordination Center (CICU).
The incident took place this Monday afternoon, around 7 p.m., when a vehicle ran over several people who were on the terrace of a bar on Fragata Street in Torrevieja.
A SAMU unit and a BLS unit were mobilized to the area, whose medical team assisted a 73-year-old woman for multiple trauma. She was subsequently transferred to the Torrevieja Hospital in the Advanced Life Support ambulance.
