A 20-year-old girl has died and a 41-year-old man has been seriously injured in the frontal collision between two vehicles on the M-116 at kilometer 8, in Camarma de Esturuelas (Madrid), as confirmed by Emergencies 112 Community of Madrid.

The accident occurred around 7:00 p.m. on Monday when the two vehicles collided. The driver and sole occupant was traveling in one of them, a 20-year-old woman who was lifeless upon arrival of the Summa 112, which has confirmed her death. She has had to be released by the Madrid Community Fire Department.

In the other vehicle was a 41-year-old man, also the only occupant, who was seriously injured with multiple fractures. The Firefighters of the Community of Madrid have spent 40 minutes carrying out tasks to release the victim for his transfer to the toilets.

Summa 112 has treated him and immediately transferred him to the La Paz Hospital. For its part, the Civil Guard is investigating the causes of the accident.
