If we associate mountain with altitude, this would be a good example. It is a 14-month-old red wine in barrels, full-bodied, complex, structured and fresh. It has a great concentration of black fruit on the nose, like blackberries and plums. Aromas of flowers, herbs and spices are obtained. In the mouth it is broad and enjoys good acidity. The fruit is crunchy on the step and its finish leaves memories of the barrel. Wine with an excellent quality and pleasure ratio.

In the author’s own words, we would define this wine as the Atlantic cut of the Ribera del Duero and for this reason it fits very well into the profile of sea and mountain wines. The wine has spent 14 months in 400-litre French and American oak. It is a pure perfume on the nose, floral, with red fruit, citrus, menthol, cocoa and spices. In the mouth it is very juicy, fresh and with a long and aromatic finish.

Very surprising and gastronomic wine. It is the non-sweet version of a very intense muscatel, highly praised by critics. It is a very particular and gastronomic white due to its personality. Its aromatic nose represents the Sierra very well, where herbal, balsamic, laurel and field flower notes can be appreciated. Fruit type dried apricots and candied orange can be appreciated. The mouth is wide, long and its finish slightly bitter, with hints of quince and saline touches.

This is an absolutely delicious, fresh red wine with a floral, fruity and jovial profile. The vineyards come from Alto Najerilla and from the highest area of ??Samaniego. Adventure of the winemaker from Bodegas Trapiche, who leaves Mendoza to settle on the seashore in search of a very special terroir. The profile achieved here is one of very vertical, fresh and saline wines. This Sauvignon Blanc is very dry and refreshing in the mouth with a very mineral finish. Its nose is full of nuances such as freshly cut grass, passion fruit, mango, grapefruit, white flowers and tea leaf.

Anna is a winemaker from the last generation of this great family of winemakers. She is also the one who takes the reins in the production of white wines, in a land famous for red wines. The vineyards are located on the slopes of the Serra do Mendro and the vines on the cool sands of the Atlantic coast. The grapes are made separately and the wine is aged in 2,000 and 500-liter foudres for eight months. The wine is citric, herbal, floral and presents a very marked minerality and salinity on the finish.

Florentino Luberri is the person in charge of this winery and a reference character in the area. This wine reveals the great finesse and aging potential of Riojan whites. The soil where the vineyards sit is very saline and this is transmitted to the grapes. It is aged in barrels for 45 days and the result is a complex wine, with notes of citrus, white fruit, smoky and spicy touches. Its mouth is wide and the finish saline and with memories of flint.
