A total of 35 residents of two buildings located on Calle Monturiol in Sant Fruitós de Bages (Bages) were evicted this Monday night due to the fire in a community parking lot.
The Firefighters received the notice at 9:11 p.m. and eight crews traveled to that point. The flames burned four cars and two motorcycles.
The emergency services were able to quickly control and extinguish the fire and at 11:44 p.m. it was shut down. The Firefighters ventilated and checked all the buildings and detected damage to the downspouts of one of the two buildings.
For this reason, its inhabitants have had to be rehoused by the Sant Fruitós de Bages City Council. The rest have been able to return home.
