Daniel Sancho has faced a key day for his future. The son of actor Rodolfo Sancho has had his last hearing before the judge before the final date of his trial for the alleged murder of Edwin Arrieta was transferred to him. On April 9, the days that will decide everything will begin. For its part, the final report of the Prosecutor’s Office includes three accusations: premeditated murder, concealment of the body and destruction of other people’s documentation.

Although the accused has been in Koh Samui prison since the beginning of August, he has been out several times in order to appear before the judge. Although in all of them something has happened to have to postpone the dates, now it has been the final hearing before the final date. And it was also when images of the chef were captured.

Wearing a mask, Daniel Sancho has been taken to the court with a different van than usual. In this case, the bars on the windows have clearly allowed us to see the accused, who appeared crestfallen, with a very serious face and a completely shaved head. And it is no wonder given the importance of this meeting before the Thai judge.

The cameras of the Telecinco program Let’s See have been able to record his face, despite the fact that other images of him had already emerged in which he appeared from behind. And the actor’s son did not want to look at the press present until seconds before going through the door of the Koh Samui Court.

Something that has also been seen in the photographs and videos is the clothing that Daniel Sancho must wear in prison: a completely orange jumpsuit. And although in these views he has always been surrounded by his father, this time it has not been like that. Rodolfo Sancho has not gone to court, leaving everything in the hands of the accused’s mother, Silvia Bronchalo.

And she is the one who has left her entire life behind to visit her son often in the Thai prison. The actor’s former partner has spent weeks in the Asian country so as not to leave the chef alone at any time. And now it was not going to be less.

Although the start date is April 9, 2024, it is scheduled to end three weeks later, placing it on May 3. Appearances that will take place during 15 working days, from Tuesday to Friday, which will end up deciding the future of Daniel Sancho. And, for this, there will be a total of 57 witnesses.

During the first eight sessions, the Prosecutor’s Office will offer its 28 witnesses to prove the guilt of the accused. In the next two days, it will be the family’s turn. And it is in the last moments, when Sancho’s defense will give voice to its 27 witnesses to try to prove that everything was due to a fight and that there was no premeditation.
