The voices of David Bisbal and Pasión Vega shone in the Creole mass that Cardinal Juan José Omella officiated this Tuesday in a packed Sagrada Família to raise funds for Ukraine.

Under the motto “United for Peace,” the celebration had the blessing, support and intervention of Pope Francis, who urged attendees “not to turn your face away from the poor.” Sister Lucía Caram, Enrique Tomás and Pasión Vega organized the solidarity mass, which also served to remember the ten years of Pope Francis’ pontificate.

The Minister of Defense, Margarita Robles; councilor Joan Ignasi Elena; chefs like Carles Gaig, Albert Adrià, Albert Raurich, Nandu Jubany or the Torres brothers; Anna Tarrés, Pilarin Bayès, Josep Maria Argimon or Cristina Cabañas were some of the attendees.
