After exhaustive police efforts, the agents of the central unit located a man of British nationality who “fully” coincided with the one in the images received, although when he found out he was wanted by the justice system he used another identity, with which he had resided in Spain since 2017. .

The British authorities had also provided two license plates of two vehicles that could be being used by the person under investigation, although both appeared in Torrevieja in a state of “apparent abandonment.” As the investigations progressed, the information that was “decisive” for his location was that relating to what was suspected to be his current partner, a woman of British nationality, who was identified and whose characteristics coincided with those provided.
