The family situation between Carmen Borrego and José María Almoguera has become dirty in recent weeks through the media. It all started when the collaborator’s son announced his separation from Paola Olmedo while his mother was participating in Supervivientes 2024. The events worsened days later, when in an exclusive interview for Semana, he blamed the woman from Malaga for what happened.

Since then, the chapters of this case have continued and intensified as the weeks passed. However, a hitherto unknown incident has brought a new dimension to the fight. This was revealed by TardeAR, Telecinco’s evening show presented by Ana Rosa Quintana, pointing out that José María Almoguera was expelled some time ago by a member of the Campos family: his own grandmother, María Teresa.

It was the Argentine comedian Bigote Arrocet, former romantic partner of the missing presenter, who revealed all the details in an interview that Diez Minutos will publish tomorrow, Wednesday. According to his words, this situation occurred between 2015 and 2016, when he began dating the communicator. At that time, Almoguera settled with a couple before Olmedo in a house next to her mansion.

That home should have been for Carmen Borrego, but it did not occupy her. For a time, the situation was stable, but this changed considerably after a few months. Both left the house in disarray, and Arrocet himself claimed that the woman did not maintain good habits. María Teresa warned them on a couple of occasions, but she ended up getting fed up and decided to kick them both out of the adjoining home.

Arrocet believed that the move was “a little excessive,” but in his words, Almoguera ended up realizing that it was his mother, Carmen Borrego, who insisted the matriarch of the Campos kick them out. In her opinion, the current resentment between the two could have an origin in this situation, beyond what happened with the wedding and the exclusive news about Paola Olmedo’s pregnancy, as they declared in their interview.

Vicente Sánchez, director of Diez Minutos magazine, shared several details from this interview with Ana Rosa Quintana and her collaborators. What was initially a small conversation about the Borrego and Almoguera case ended up being a 10-page interview. Likewise, he shared two other headlines from the article: Carmen couldn’t stand her son’s partner at the time, and the production assistant destroyed the Mini of her aunt, Terelu Campos.
