If something characterizes Christmas, New Year’s Eve and Three Kings’ Day, in addition to family gatherings and receiving endless gifts, it is the incredible lunches and dinners. They should never miss Christmas desserts, in addition to the traditional ones, to enjoy after dinner.

One of the most popular desserts at this time of year is the roscón. In addition to its unmatched flavor, the roscón is known for keeping inside a figure of a king and a bean; and in some cases, up to 10,000 euros.

The Conrado confectionery, one of the most successful in León located in La Bañeza, has once again surprised its customers with a most exclusive roscón de reyes. It is the typical Christmas dessert with a twist… inside you can save no less than 10,000 euros.

As the confectionery itself has revealed on its social networks, the roscón will be available from December 15 to January 6. The approach is simple, all the roscones will have a number and will be eligible for a prize in a drawing that will be held on January 6.

Although the Conrado confectionery dates back to 1856, this custom was not born until a few years ago. Sergio González, his pastry chef and King of Roscón, decided to give this dessert his personal stamp, betting on local raw materials and creativity.

With a view to expanding his business in a unique way, Sergio decided to enter money into the roscones prize during a company dinner. At first the prize was 500 euros, and has increased each year until reaching 10,000.
