The Catalan Traffic Service has caught a driver on the AP-7 who was writing, filming and sending voice notes at the wheel while alternating between two mobile phones.
The events took place this Thursday at ten thirty in the morning between Cardedeu and Roca del Vallès, towards Barcelona.
The user has been captured from the Trànsit surveillance helicopter. As a consequence, the offender will be sanctioned with three complaints of 200 euros and six points will be deducted for each one.
