The Investigative Court Number 1 of Valladolid has prosecuted a children’s coach of the CD La Victoria for the alleged perpetrator of sexual harassment of a minor under 16 years of age or corruption of minors, after the proceedings opened based on a complaint from the Civil Guard of 2 January 2023.
The alleged perpetrator was coordinator of a third division children’s team that was reported for the crime of sexual harassment by the mother of one of the club’s players, minors, among whom there was a minor born in 2009, according to the court order. Court provided this Monday by TSJCyL sources.
In the weeks before January 2023, the coach began to talk to the victim, gaining her trust until, for the purpose of sexual approach, he decided to propose to meet her alone, in a warehouse he owned, where, according to what he told the minor, he had a television. video game consoles, sofas, soft drinks, music equipment and candy.
On December 2, 2022, the alleged perpetrator offered to take the child’s mother to and from training and thus obtained the minor’s telephone number, to communicate with him directly and make an appointment at the ship, for the purpose of sexual.
In the private chat through which they communicated, there were jokes about the pedophile nature of the coach, who urged the young man to keep this situation a secret. Furthermore, in the chat, the alleged author proposed to the boy to meet on January 4, 2023 on the ship and made different comments aimed at having sexual relations with him, in addition to showing him a porn video, recommending films of this type to get excited. The victim did not go to the ship due to the intervention of his parents in the process, who aborted him and reported him.
For his part, the person under investigation alleged that the sexual correspondence via WhatsApp was only a way to approach him with topics of interest to him, putting himself on the same level as him, since he saw him as somewhat clueless and wanted to know what he was doing. it happened to him. What the accused did want to make clear is that he has never had a sexual interest in any of the minors.
At his home, the coach kept video recording equipment and USB storage devices. Two male masturbators, lubricating gel, several USB flash drives, hard drives, computers and a detonating gun were seized on the ship. On the mobile phone, 74,653 images were found, of which 533 had sexual content aimed at male audiences, three of them with minors.
On the other hand, the coach was also the coach of a club in which a young man born in 2005 played, with whom he had different WhatsApp conversations, until one undetermined day he invited him individually, first to play bowling and to see a party, while his supposed intention was, according to the judge, “was, as in the previous case, to obtain the private appointment to satisfy his lustful mood.”
