In the recently dismissed year 2023, 199,120 units of more than 125 cc and all types of configurations between scooters, road machines and mountain bikes were sold in our country – according to data from the Anesdor employer’s association.
In any case, and in view of the results, it is unquestionable that scooters are, once again, the absolute kings of the Spanish market. City motorcycles are sweeping and in fact the top ten positions in the ranking are occupied by scooters and you have to go down to eleventh position to find the first great road motorcycle, specifically the Kawasaki Z900, of which 2,602 units have been sold.
In that sense, ours is a clearly conservative country, with practically the same model names in the top ten for more than five years.
