Eating a balanced diet is essential to take care of our health, but there are people who defy medical recommendations with dangerous culinary challenges. This is the case of a user of content creator Joey Kinsley, who decided to eat hot dogs for a week.
According to Kinsley, he ate 29 hot dogs, without incurring excessive financial costs. Each sandwich cost 1.50 dollars (approximately 1.40 euros), and a drink was included. In seven days, he spent $43.50, a quarter of what a young person spends weekly on food ($164.82), according to his calculations.
Eating hot dogs every day is not a very varied menu, but this man assures that at no time did he feel ill or suffer any medical setback.
Kinsley has drawn many conclusions from his culinary experiment. It did not involve a significant financial expense and he ended up losing weight. When she started, she weighed 229.5 pounds. Within seven days, she was down to 225.3 pounds.
In the opinion of this content creator, the challenge has been worth it. However, many Instagram followers do not believe the same. “With all that money you saved it should probably be enough to pay for your blood test to get your cholesterol checked,” says one. “Colon cancer in progress,” laments another.
