This Tuesday, January 16, Kate Moss turned 50 years old. The British model, one of the great tops of the nineties and fashion icon, enters this new decade in one of her happiest moments with her partner, Count Nikolai von Bismarck. Additionally, she continues to actively work in the industry, where she started at just 14 years old.

Paris was the city chosen by the model to celebrate this special date. The tennis player Serena Williams, the designer Stella McCartney and the makeup artist of Hollywood stars and close friend of Kate, Charlotte Tilbury, were some of the celebrities who did not want to miss the party at the exclusive Laurent restaurant.

For her big day, the British woman chose a sensual style that had transparencies as the main protagonists. Moss caught everyone’s attention as she left the Ritz Hotel, on her way to dinner with her partner, wearing a black dress, a design that is synonymous with sure success.

The suggestive creation stood out for its delicate and romantic embroidered flowers that were reminiscent of the crochet technique and revealed a black lace bodysuit and Kate’s toned legs. A design with long sleeves and a slightly flared skirt that she wore with rhinestone strap sandals.

The sophisticated touch was provided by a black silk cape that had a gold interior and fringe detail at the hem, thus confirming that this type of pieces are still in fashion and that they are perfect to complete this season’s guest looks.

Leaving the restaurant, Moss did not leave anyone indifferent by replacing this cape with a vintage coat that Charlotte Tilbury had previously worn. A 1984 garment by dressmaker Bob Mackie with white fur collar, lapels and cuffs and black and white sequin embroidery and appliqués.
