The Promise has returned to the small screen one more day with a very interesting episode. In the last installment of the Spanish Television La 1 series, Jana decides to end her relationship with Manuel, who feels unhappy and refuses to continue being controlled by his mother. Pelayo, behind Catalina’s back, finalizes the details of the delivery of weapons with Cavendish, trusting in the success of the plan with Jerónimo.
On the other hand, the Marquises try to convince Leonor not to go to the United States, and she seeks the help of her cousins, with whom she is fighting. While María Fernández remains in conflict with Vera, a mysterious magician puts on a show at La Promesa to lift spirits, but the theft of Lorenzo’s valuable watch creates intrigue about the culprit.
In the next episode of The Promise, the exhaustive search for Lorenzo’s stolen watch begins. The main ones targeted are the employees of La Promesa and first of all, Baeza gives them one last opportunity to repent and confess to the theft, before the matter gets more serious. Lorenzo is clear about who he could have been and points directly at those in charge of changing his sheets.
On the other hand, María confesses to Salvador that she is jealous because she feels that he has replaced her and that no one loves him anymore: “I feel that way,” she explains openly. Manuel also explains to Jana the real reason for her visit to Jimena’s house, although she is not willing to listen to him.
And we have also met the Magician Solomando, the person in charge of the new illusion act that will take place in La Promesa.
