Alain Delon, 88, is already under judicial protection due to his deteriorating state of physical and mental health, according to what the BFMTV channel announced this Monday. The decision has been made by a judge and means that a person has been appointed to represent you in important acts, for example the sale of real estate.

The artist’s new legal situation seemed inevitable given the alarming news in recent weeks about his physical and mental decline. It has been a period in which the internal war of the family, between its various children, has surfaced in the French media until it became a soap opera unworthy of the emblematic figure that Delon was in French popular culture of the 20th century.

According to what has been published, Delon is very weakened by the vascular accidents suffered and also by cancer. He himself would have expressed his exhaustion and his desire to die.

The saddest thing about Delon’s case has been the public confrontation between his eldest son, Anthony, and his daughter Anouschka. Also in action was her former lady-in-waiting – and also her partner, according to her – Hiromi Rollin, who was finally expelled from the actor’s house.

As Le Parisien published this Monday, in the dispute between the children over whether their father should die on his estate in France, in the Loiret department – south of Paris -, where he is now living, or in his home in Switzerland -where Anouchka resides- the issue of inheritance is also settled, which is estimated between 50 and 150 million euros. The place of death can have a relevant impact at the tax level. Delon has dual French and Swiss nationality.
