From the Bellmunt viewpoint, on a fantastic morning, you can see Puigmal, Montseny and Cabrera, but nothing more, because the landscape appears covered by seas of fog, a wave that seems to collide with the mountains, as seen in these images in The Photos of La Vanguardia Readers.

In some areas of Osona, the fog or Pubilla de la Plana de Vic is also known as “baixa joke”, because the sea of ??low fog covers the entire landscape.

The Osona region is, precisely, the place in Spain with the most days of fog (a hundred) a year, making it an intrinsic element of its landscape and its people.

In this case we contemplate the fog from Bellmunt, at 1246 meters above sea level, from where the landscape of the Plana de Vic is dominated, where the fog can last for days and even weeks if the conditions are favorable.

The Sierra de Bellmunt is a natural environment that has ideal mountains for peaceful excursions without much difficulty. The route from Vidrà, passing the Salgueda bridge, the Salt del Molí and the Tosca dels Degollats, is one of the most recommended.
