Everything is ready for the big night of Catalan cinema. The Gaudí Awards ceremony returns to the Barcelona International Convention Center (CCIB) after two editions in the Oval Room of the MNAC and with Ana Polo and Maria Rovira, experienced in the world of podcasts, as presenters. They are responsible for Oye Polo, a humorous program with a strong social denunciation and feminist perspective. The films Creatura, by Elena Martín, with 15 nominations, and Know That, the biopic of the comedian Eugenio directed by David Trueba, with 13, start as favorites in an edition that for the third consecutive year has a majority presence of female finalists, with a 57% compared to 43% of nominated men.
