A technique that only requires a few minutes each day, and that the Atresmedia presenter has found to be so effective in disconnecting from the hustle and bustle of everyday life, that she already wanted to share it with her Instagram followers.
What he surely did not expect was the amount of positive comments he has received, and that being a meditation guide may have to be among his plans in the near future.
