The reality TV season on Mediaset never seems to end. Particularly on Telecinco, where from time to time three or four programs with similar formats rotate their slots in Fuencarral’s programming. Although right now the spaces are occupied by Temptation Island and Big Brother Duo, that dynamic will soon change with the return of Survivors, which will once again have a prominent face in the cast.

This is the case of Laura Madrueño, TardeAR collaborator and presenter of the 2023 edition, who has put an end to her time on Ana Rosa Quintana’s program this Friday afternoon. The host of El Tiempo also said goodbye to her team, which today was directed by Frank Blanco. In addition to some emotional images shown on set, her colleagues also gave her a survival kit to use in Honduras.

Madrueño herself announced her departure on February 1, after an interview about her experience in the Arctic Circle. “What I missed last year and more after so many esses in the Caribbean is seeing snow. And here in Spain we have had an autumn almost like summer and now in January when we are on the beach, I wanted cold and well the snowy landscape is wonderful,” she explained, ensuring that she preferred the warmth to which she would soon return.

“With great sadness we have to announce that it is Laura’s last program because she is leaving TardeAR to present Supervivientes,” Frank Blanco announced in this Friday’s program, before showing a video of her most “conflictive” moments with augmented reality. and meteorological phenomena on the set of El Tiempo. Likewise, they have given her a series of objects that she can take advantage of in the new season.

One of the items in the survival kit was a raincoat. “So that the conflicts that arise on the island slip away from you,” Blanco told a visibly excited Madrueño. “Thanks for everything. It has been a wonderful time,” she said, after having taken out of her briefcase a doll that looked like his romantic partner according to others. She, however, assured that he was nothing like her.

A Madrueño that premiered in 2023 and was just as excited during her farewell to the Palapa: “It’s been more than three months since we opened this Palapa and at that moment I realized that I was part of something big. Something very, very special. At that precise moment I discovered the magic of this program and this place. I had no idea what it was going to mean for that Laura because you can’t imagine what it means to be here and be part of this madness.”
