You can cook almost anything in the microwave, and chicken breasts are no exception. We propose a very simple and quick recipe to prepare that you can accompany with white rice or a little salad. Add or substitute the vegetables, spices and aromatic herbs you prefer.

> 2 chicken breasts

> 1 tomato

> 1 leek

> 2 tablespoons of water

> 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil

> Salt to taste

> Ground black pepper to taste

> Parsley to taste

1. Wash and slice the leek and tomato

2. Place the breasts in a microwave-safe container with the thickest part facing out.

3. Place the leek and tomato slices on the breasts, and sprinkle with a little parsley.

4. Pour the oil and water over the chicken and season with salt and pepper to taste.

5. Cover the breasts with plastic wrap and cook for 8 minutes at maximum power.
